Can I change or cancel my order?

No, Once an order is placed it goes directly to production. In the future please double check everything prior to placing the order.

How do I use promo code?

At Checkout, there is a place to type your promo code.

Can I return a sale item?

No, we do not accept returns.

Do you accept refunds?

No, every item is made to order, once an order is placed we can not cancel or refund an order unless production issues.

Can I track my parcel online?

Yes, If you download the shop app, you will get up to date information once your item leaves production.

My package is late, what do i do?

Once your item leaves PAc Brim Warehouse, it is on the carrier to deliver your item. pac brim is not responsible for Late packages, damaged packages or any other carrier issues, every package has insurance, Contact the carrier with the tracking information, they will fix the issue(s)
