SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY — PAC BRIM CO.
1. Order Processing and Production
All products offered by PAC Brim Co. are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and production prior to shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Production begins immediately upon receipt of payment.

Shipping and Delivery
PAC Brim Co. ships within the United States. Standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days following the completion of order processing. Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped. PAC Brim Co. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our legal control.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. PAC Brim Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pick-Up Local pick-up is available at checkout. Customers selecting local pick-up agree to retrieve their order within a reasonable period once notified that the order is ready.
PAC Brim Co. assumes no responsibility for items left unclaimed beyond 30 days from the date of pick-up notification.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
All sales are final. Because each item is custom-printed or made to order, PAC Brim Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
PAC Brim Co. will offer a replacement or refund only in the event of:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacture error, misprint, or defect
- Damage incurred prior to delivery
Customers must notify PAC Brim Co. of any issues within 3 business days of delivery. Requests must include the order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.
PAC Brim Co. reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns or provide replacements for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, or special-order items (including but not limited to names, numbers, school designs, regional prints, and holiday items) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying spelling, sizing, customization, and design details prior to submitting an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, PAC Brim Co. relinquishes ownership and liability for the package.
PAC Brim Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim in such events.

To preserve quality and print longevity, PAC Brim Co. recommends:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water
- Gentle cycle
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
Failure to follow care instructions may result in fading, cracking, or deterioration of graphics. PAC Brim Co. is not responsible for damage due to improper care.

Most tees, hoodies, and crewnecks are unisex and true-to-size unless otherwise noted. For an oversized or relaxed look, we recommend sizing up one.
Standard Fit
Our garments are printed on soft, high-quality cotton or cotton-blend blanks. Fit may vary slightly between styles and manufacturers.
Size Responsibility
Because all items are made to order, PAC Brim Co. is not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please review the size chart before purchasing.
Size Guidance (Approximate Chest Measurements)
Small: 34–36 inches
Medium: 38–40 inches
Large: 42–44 inches
XL: 46–48 inches
2XL: 50–52 inches
3XL: 54–56 inches
Oversized Styles
Certain items, including pigment-dyed crews or premium tees, may run slightly oversized in the sleeves and chest and longer through the torso. See individual product descriptions for specific fit notes.
Print Placement
All items are individually printed. Minor variations in placement, scale, or color may occur and do not constitute a defect.
